1. Prepare your clothing.

Please wash the clothing, fold it neatly, and place it in a bag and add a note with your name and contact details. Once your clothing is packed, please send me a message.

2. Picking up clothing.

I will arrange a collection from your address and let you know the pickup date and time. I’ll let you know as soon as your clothing arrives safely.

 

3. Your order joins the queue.

Your order will be added to my work queue. As soon as I start to work with your keepsake I’ll let you know, in general its 1-3 weeks.

4. Design confirmation.

Every step of the creation process will be discussed with you. I’ll only move on to the next step after you confirmation.

5. Fabric selection if needed.

If your memory quilt requires backing/border fabric I’ll send you photos of the available options and you can choose your favorite.​

 

6. Finished keepsake.

Once your keepsake is finished I’ll send you photos and a video.

7. Payment & delivery.

Payment can be made by bank transfer. After  payment I’ll organize delivery,  to Dubai 2–3 days, for other Emirates plus 2-3 days more.
